But maybe also like you, I’m conscious of the link between the food I eat and how I feel. That’s why I experiment a lot in my kitchen, where Homespun started, taking recipes and giving them a nutritious twist.
It was whilst searching for a light and healthy granola, that I created our Quinoa Crunch. Full of grains, nuts and seeds and naturally sweetened, it is pure wholefoods Indulgence.
And that’s our mission at Homespun, to create moments where we slow down for just a minute and savour food that is delicious and wholesome.
We’ve since expanded our range to include our Chicory Root syrup and have also just launched our Oat Bars - our healthier Homespun take on a traditional flapjack. I love the taste of them and hope you do too.

We take great care to minimise our footprint in all we do.
From our earliest days we invested in Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) packaging, which is responsibly and ethically sourced. Our quinoa is organic and GMO free, and we hand make our products here in Ireland in an artisan bakery, which is certified to the highest quality standards. We are proud to be certified members of Origin Green, Ireland’s Food Sustainability Programme.
