Trish Deseine’s Oatmilk Porridge with Quinoa Crunch and Raspberries

We were thrilled when Trish Deseine created this simple but delicious porridge recipe using our Quinoa Crunch as a topping.

Trish included it in her blog for Ardkeen Quality Food Store, which is a truly gorgeous artisan food store in Co Waterford, and one of our favourite Homespun stockists!

Ingredients

  • 50g organic porridge

  • 350ml oat milk

  • 2 or 3 tablespoons Homespun Quinoa Crunch

  • 6 – 8 fresh raspberries

  • Honey (optional, I like Deise Honey)

Method

  1. Add porridge oats to a pan with milk

  2. Bring the milk to the boil with the porridge oats, stirring all the while

  3. Reduce the heat and stir more vigorously to make the porridge nice and creamy

Serve topped with your choice of Quinoa Crunch granola, fresh raspberries and a drizzle of honey
